How can I find out how much work will be required to solve my water problem?
Our experts will provide you with an evaluation and cost estimate to determine how to solve your problem and how much it will cost. You can be certain that we will recommend only the minimum amount of work necessary. For example, your leakage might be caused by a crack in the wall, water coming in through your bulkhead, seepage coming up through the basement floor, or other causes. Your problem may even be the result of a combination of problems. We will find the problem areas and recommend the proper solution.
What if your solution doesn't work?
Our solutions have been proven to work in thousands of installations over many years of service. We also provide all of our customers a warranty that guarantees your water problem will be solved for the life of the structure.
How do your problem solvers determine what is causing my water problem?
Our representative for your area will get in touch by phone to setup an appointment to visit with you and look at your basement. Your basement will be evaluated and you will be asked some questions based upon your past experiences with the water problem. From what is seen and what answers you give to our representative's questions, you will receive a verbal recommendation on the spot on what needs to be done to correct the problem. That verbal recommendation will then be followed up with a written proposal.
How long will it take to complete the work on my basement?
That depends on the solution needed to solve your problem. The average time for a 'full' system around the entire perimeter of your basement typically takes 2 to 3 days. If we recommend only a 'partial' system, i.e. if water is entering from only one side of your basement, your job might be completed in a day or two.
Do your system installers have the expertise and knowledge needed to do a good job?
We pride ourselves on being professionals in the waterproofing business. All of our employees receive intensive training and updated field training throughout the year. Most of our installers have been doing this type of work for a long time, and as a company we do nothing else except solve basement water problems. We've been correcting water problems similar to yours since 1981.
