System Overview...
Our Process
The B-Dry® System,
first installed in 1958, has been proven over and over again to solve basement leakage problems. It doesn't matter where the water leak is originating. Whether from cracks in the basement walls, cracks in the basement floor, or permeation through the substructure of the walls or floor. The process we use will solve the problem and make your basement dry and useable.
Custom Solutions
We solve your water problems by installing a water diversion and drainage system that collects and discards water before it can enter your basement. This same basic method is used to solve all basement water problems, although each of our installations is custom designed to create the best solution for each individual situation.
Problem Solving Process We consider many factors while solving your leaky basement problems. For example, your problem might be caused by hydrostatic pressure (a high water table), a leaky bulkhead, a crack in your basement wall, an unsuspecting small gap between your basement floor and wall, or numerous other problems that can allow water to seep into your basement and ruin your day. Our problem solving process will assure a customized solution designed to solve your particular problem.
Thorough Analysis
While analyzing your basement, we'll look at all potential areas that might be contributing to your water leakage problems. Typical things we analyze include:
Topography of Your Lot - flat or hillside?
Surface Drainage - surface water flow direction?
Soil Type - clay, sand, ledge, gravel?
Foundation Structure - concrete, block, stone?
Basement Depth - underground, slab?
Basement Finished or Unfinished? (panelled walls, tile, carpeting...etc?)
Our Reputation is Based on Success... Every waterproofing system we install is warranted to solve your water leakage problem and keep your basement dry. And rest assured, if your basement is finished, we'll take every possible precaution to protect your finished area against damage and maintain its finished condition.

B-Dry® System M/E, Inc. We don't just sell you a system... We solve your basement water problems

Please don't confuse us with companies that simply inject sealing materials into the soil around your foundation.
Be aware that those injection techniques could increase hydrostatic pressure on your foundation walls and should be preapproved by a soil engineer.
